Mold Remediation / Removal

Remediation is required with any mold contamination.  The mold present in any job (square footage of contamination) should always be contained prior to removal.  When moldy drywall is taken off the wall it can contaminate its surroundings just from being disturbed.  If it is not contained it will cause what's known in the industry as cross contamination.  Once that happens the entire building may need to be cleaned.  Mold remediation/removal is how our company got started.  We have been doing mold remediation since 1999 and have completed in excess of 1,000 successful remediation jobs.  Cobak has all the equipment to handle any size remediation.  There hasn't been a job that we couldn't finish in 1 1/2 days or has failed a clearance when required.
