We Can handle any size mold remediation project. We use state of the art
equipment & are fully insured. We use 5000cfm
negative air scrubbers for larger
projects all the way down to 400cfm negative air scrubbers for small rooms such
as bathrooms. We also use 55 gallon tri motor
H.E.P.A.vacuums with multiple
hoses to save time. When a attic needs the insulation removed, we use a vacuum
specially designed for removing blown in insulation. Insulation is
discharged into bags set inside a dumpster. We also seal the completed area with
anti microbial topical solutions
to ensure that the mold won't reinfest the area.

MOLD REMEDIATION!
Cobak Environmental now uses
Dry Ice Blasting for removing
mold in buildings. It uses rice size ice pellets to blast away mold that has
taken hold in attics, crawl spaces, basements, etc.

All projects are monitored by a Industrial Hygienist or
Microbiologist. They are independent from COBAK & determine the proper
Protocol {Scope of work} for the remediation project. After we complete
the remediation, they take final air quality samples to make sure the project is
completely free of toxic mold.
