session to document the reasons for the inspection. We follow up by
inspecting the exterior of the building, observing any defects in the roofing,
siding, caulking, gutters, grade runoff, etc: We proceed to the basement &
inspect all areas including crawl spaces. We move upstairs to the main areas &
inspect all areas including ducts, plumbing trap doors, etc: The attic
space is usually the last area we inspect. We look for any water damage on
roof decking, proper ventilation, required R value of insulation, etc:
After the inspection, If we discover areas that are
of a concern, we proceed to taking tests of the areas.
